Best Summer Mocktails for Pregnant Moms
At first, I was so excited about a summer pregnancy! Until the heat started to catch up to me and I realized I no longer could enjoy a refreshing, summer cocktail by the pool. Or when we go out to eat being stuck with just a glass of water. But instead of being let down, I started experimenting with some exciting and tasty mocktails. I wanted to put them together into a post for you to reference when you’re looking for some yummy Summer Mocktails for Pregnant Moms.
Not only are these mocktails perfect if you’re pregnant in the San Diego heat, but they’re perfect for kids as well who want something special to drink. When we had family in town, my 12-year-old niece wanted to feel like she was part of the crowd instead of with her younger siblings. So she and I had some fun with these summer mocktails and it was so refreshing and good. One thing I’ve learned is that Lemon and Sparkling water can take any drink and make it feel fancy. Pour it into a cocktail glass and you’ve got great recipes for summer mocktails for pregnant moms that everyone can enjoy!
Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri
Honestly though, is there anything more refreshing than a daiquiri filled with your favorite fruits? I make them with any kind of frozen fruit. Strawberries, Peach, Mango, Mixed Berries! My only thing is, if you use berries I would use a sif to try to remove as many seeds as possibly to make it less grainy. Any way you make them they’re great as Summer Mocktails for Pregnant Moms.

Non-Alcoholic Bubbly Rose
Every once in a while you want something bubbly to pour into a champagne glass and celebrate with. While a lot of non-alcoholic wines can be super sweet, I found that this non-alcoholic bubbly rose by Fre is actually pretty decent. You can’t drink too much of it, but this pack of four cans is perfect. One can is the perfect serving size without being too much. I bought a bottle the first time but couldn’t finish it myself and the rest went to waste. So these cans are perfect! Drink it by itself, or mix it in with some berries and juice for great options for Summer Mocktails for Pregnant Moms. Get yours today at BevMo!
