There’s nothing I love more than when the entire family wants to participate in their colorful studio newborn pictures in San Diego. The entire family came dressed to impressed, and while there were a lot of colors and patterns going on, they all worked so well together. Keeping with my timeless and minimalistic style, I still love being able to incorporate colorful studio newborn pictures in San Diego. Check out how adorable this entire family was celebrating their newest family member, while also honoring their angel baby.

When mom mentioned she wanted to incorporate yellow into her colors I jumped with joy. I’ve had this yellow backdrop for so long, and have several times thought about maybe getting rid of it. But something keeps holding me back from actually selling it. Thankfully I held on to it and it worked perfectly for this little beauty during her colorful studio newborn pictures in San Diego.

While we used a lot of colors for these colorful studio newborn pictures in San Diego, I did end up taking some of this baby girl on this gorgeous white backdrop as well. Nothing screams more timeless than froggy and a collapsed froggy on a simple, white backdrop. This little girl did so awesome with her froggy pose, and it ended up being one of my favorite images of the session.

Lastly, mom really wanted to incorporate some blues into her colorful studio newborn pictures in San Diego. And who am I to say no! In all honestly, I love girls in blue. It’s such a traditional newborn boy color, but I love mixing it up and popping a little girl on there. With her dark, curly hair she looked amazing in blue, and I love that we got a couple of different shades of blue incorporated as well.
