When do I book my Maternity Pictures?
The best time to do your maternity pictures is between week 28-32 of pregnancy. This is a good time to have allowed your belly to pop, but we’re hopefully not at the risk of you giving birth during your session, and you’re most likely still feeling good enough to move around properly.
With your maternity session taking place between week 28-32, the best time to actually book your maternity photographer in San Diego is when you enter your second trimester to ensure we can schedule you in for the proper timeline.
How many outfits for a maternity shoot?
I suggest planning 3-5 different outfits for your maternity session. You can choose to bring your own outfits or borrow some from the studio maternity closet.
Your maternity session is a great time to give yourself a chance to spoil yourself. You’re worth it!
I’m nervous about being in front of the camera. How will I know what to do?
It’s completely normal to feel nervous, but my job is to help you relax and enjoy the experience! I create a warm, welcoming environment and guide you through every step of the process. We’ll take our time, laugh, and have fun, so you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
What should I wear for an empowerment photoshoot?
Wear whatever makes you feel powerful and beautiful! This could be a favorite outfit, something bold and new, or even something simple and comfortable. You also will have access to our specially curated client wardrobe. We can discuss wardrobe ideas together to ensure you feel amazing during your shoot!
Do I have to be a certain age or body type for empowerment photography?
No, empowerment photography is for everyone! No matter your age, body type, or background, you deserve to feel empowered and confident. My goal is to capture the unique essence of who you are, just as you are.
Will my photos be edited?
Yes, I carefully edit each photo to ensure you look and feel your best while maintaining a natural and authentic look. My goal is to enhance your natural beauty without altering who you are.
How can I use the images from my empowerment photoshoot?
The images are yours to cherish! You can keep them as a reminder of your strength, display them proudly in your home, or share them with your partner. We offer an unmatched selection of stunning products and images and will help you choose the right ones for you!
