I absolutely love exploring all that San Diego has to offer. There are so many beautiful spots to go just sit and contemplate. One of those spots is this little side area by Torrey Pines called Sunset Seat. It’s located on the Del Mar side, right before you cross the bridge taking you to the parking by Torrey Pines Beach and Hiking Trail.
Maddy and I met when I first moved to San Diego. She’s a fellow Sweden, but born and raised in South Sweden, where they speak almost like the dance, with hot potatoes in their mouths!!! Obviously kidding (I think), but they do have a completely different accent than we do in middle of Sweden.
If you’ve been following me for a while you’ve noticed my style is very natural, minimalistic and timeless. I keep it very clean to focus on the babies or families I’m photographing. It’s what my clients have come to expect from me, and also the reason they reached out to me.
OH EMM GEEEE!! It’s Fischer’s First BIRTHDAY already and of course we celebrated with a big CAKE SMASH SESSION at our studio. Although he wasn’t super keen on the cake at first. But let’s take it back a little bit.
This session was a little sentimental for me, as it’s the “last” session with this amazing family.
As I’m about to blog this newborn session I realized I never blogged the parent’s maternity pictures at Sunset Cliffs! How crazy is that, especially with how gorgeous this session was. So guess what, you’ll get a double header post today.
Jeremiah is one of my baby plan babies. His parents found me last year as they were expecting him, and we started with their stunning sunset maternity pictures at La Jolla Shores and then we did his newborn pictures at our portrait studio in La Mesa. And now we are here, this little man has grown into a sitting, babbling, beautiful little boy with a huge personality.
