When do I book my Maternity Pictures?
The best time to do your maternity pictures is between week 28-32 of pregnancy. This is a good time to have allowed your belly to pop, but we’re hopefully not at the risk of you giving birth during your session, and you’re most likely still feeling good enough to move around properly.
With your maternity session taking place between week 28-32, the best time to actually book your maternity photographer in San Diego is when you enter your second trimester to ensure we can schedule you in for the proper timeline.
How many outfits for a maternity shoot?
I suggest planning 3-5 different outfits for your maternity session. You can choose to bring your own outfits or borrow some from the studio maternity closet.Â

Which place is best for a maternity photoshoot?
You can choose to do your maternity pictures either outdoors or in my Portrait Studio. Some moms even choose to do a combination of both. During your consult we’ll talk about all the options and find the perfect location just for you.
