The location
Hidden Valley Park in Savage
Hidden Valley Park is a 45-acre community park in Savage, with the Credit River running through it and a walking trail. It’s a peaceful south-metro option if you live closer to Savage, Prior Lake, Burnsville or Shakopee than to Anoka.
Real session
The Kenan family fall mini
I have photographed this family many times, all over the Twin Cities. This time they wanted to stick a little closer to home, and chose this beautiful spot in Savage. The cool thing about this particular spot: it’s not even in the park. It’s just off the parking lot. Sometimes, the magic comes from the least expected places.
