Session policies

A few simple rules so your time is protected and everything runs smoothly.

Payment

Session payment is due upfront. It reserves your session time and my time.

Refunds

When you book a session, I commit to reserving that time for you. Your session payment acts as a non-refundable retainer that secures your session time and makes sure it isn’t double booked. One reschedule is included. If more than one reschedule is needed, a separate session fee is required.

Cancellations

I understand that life happens. Please reschedule or cancel at least one week before your session. That lets me offer your time to someone on my waiting list. If there’s an emergency and you can’t make it, please call me right away at 612-655-4991.

No shows

A no show is treated as a voluntary cancellation, and the paid retainer is forfeited. To reschedule after a no show, a new session fee is required.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, I’m happy to help. I’ll send a rescheduling link so you can pick a new time. Please make sure the new date works for you. One reschedule is included with the same session fee. If more than one is needed, a new session fee is due upfront.

Products

All products are custom made for you and all sales are final. At your ordering appointment you choose the images and products you want. [TO CONFIRM: product delivery, shipping and damage policy]

Copyright and print release

Studio Freyja owns the copyright to all images. Copying, scanning, printing or reproducing images, including cropping them or adding filters for online use, is not allowed. If you purchase digital images you receive printing rights, which allow you to print at home or at a professional lab. I can’t guarantee print quality (color, sharpness and so on) outside my own lab, because every lab is different.
